Note:The original version of the Synod of Victoria Development Fund which existed prior to 1 January 1998 was exempt from the deeming provisions. There was a problem with this original fund and it had to be closed to new investors as it no longer qualified for a deeming exemption from 1 January 1998. The Synod of Victoria then created two new Development Funds from 1 January 1998. One with the same name Synod of Victoria Development Fund which is not exempt from deeming from 1 January 1998 and another with a new name Synod of Victoria Development Fund Deeming Exempt which retained a deeming exemption.

Note:The Uniting Church in Australia Property Trust (Queensland) is the parent organisation which is managed by Uniting Church in Australia Investment Services (a.k.a. UNIS). The Mutual Support Scheme and the Deposit Fund are two sub-investments of the Trust. The Ready Access Account, Cash Flow Account, Target Savings Account, Term Deposit Account, Corporate Cash Management Account and Parish Collections Plan Account are sub-legers of the Deposit Fund. All funds deposited via the sub-investments and sub-ledger accounts are held in the Uniting Church Investment Service, a pooled fund, which has been exempted from the deeming provisions.
