Actions arising from Report E
Report E: “Clients who have a duplicate record”, will be produced on a fortnightly basis.
The likely causes of a duplicate match are:
- that a case has been incorrectly cross-referenced; or
- no attempt has been made to cross-reference the file numbers.
Accordingly, each case on the report should be examined to determine whether a cross referencing problem exists. If so, corrective action should be taken.
Any duplicate matches that involve two distinct individuals should be referred to Laurie Howell in the Business Administration section of National Office for further action.
