14672 for treatment of the identified illness or injury, the veteran underwent a course of therapeutic radiation to the head or neck region within the 18 months immediately before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.
14666 the veteran has established the causal connection between the therapeutic radiation to the head or neck region and VEA service for the clinical onset of sensorineural hearing loss.
14668 the veteran has established the causal connection between the therapeutic radiation to the head or neck region and operational service for the clinical onset of sensorineural hearing loss.
or
14669 the veteran has established the causal connection between the therapeutic radiation to the head or neck region and eligible service for the clinical onset of sensorineural hearing loss.
or
7334 the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service.
7335 the condition under consideration permanently worsened.
14673 for treatment of the identified illness or injury, the veteran underwent a course of therapeutic radiation to the head or neck region within the 18 months immediately before the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration.
14667 the veteran has established the causal connection between the therapeutic radiation to the head or neck region and VEA service for the clinical worsening of sensorineural hearing loss.
14670 the veteran has established the causal connection between the therapeutic radiation to the head or neck region and operational service for the clinical worsening of sensorineural hearing loss.
or
14671 the veteran has established the causal connection between the therapeutic radiation to the head or neck region and eligible service for the clinical worsening of sensorineural hearing loss.
Clinical onset and operational service [14668]
11438 the identified illness or injury for which the course of therapeutic radiation to the head or neck was undergone is causally related to operational service.
Clinical onset and eligible service [14669]
11439 the identified illness or injury for which the course of therapeutic radiation to the head or neck was undergone is causally related to eligible service.
Clinical worsening and operational service [14670]
11438 the identified illness or injury for which the course of therapeutic radiation to the head or neck was undergone is causally related to operational service.
14674 the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred prior to that part of operational service to which the identified illness or injury for which the therapeutic radiation to the head or neck was undergone is causally related.
Clinical worsening and eligible service [14671]
11439 the identified illness or injury for which the course of therapeutic radiation to the head or neck was undergone is causally related to eligible service.
14675 the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred prior to that part of eligible service to which the identified illness or injury for which the therapeutic radiation to the head or neck was undergone is causally related.
