Plantar fasciitis - Running Factor
All members of the ADF are expected to meet certain fitness levels, and running would be a common component of any training regimen to maintain fitness. It is an integral part of CFA (Combat Fitness Assessment) and/or BFA (Battle Fitness Assessment) regularly undertaken by military personnel of all ranks.
