26722 the veteran has undergone intraocular surgery or penetrating keratoplasty of side and site of the body at some time. the veteran underwent intraocular surgery or penetrating keratoplasty of side and site of the body before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. 26724 — the veteran has established the causal connection between undergoing intraocular surgery or penetrating keratoplasty and VEA service for the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. 26725 — the veteran has established the causal connection between undergoing intraocular surgery or penetrating keratoplasty and operational service for the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. or 26726 — the veteran has established the causal connection between undergoing intraocular surgery or penetrating keratoplasty and eligible service for the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.
