Inguinal hernia - Increased intra-abdominal pressure due to pregnancy Factor

Pregnancy refers to the development of the embryo or foetus in the womb.  The increase in intra-abdominal pressure is obviously gradual as the foetus grows; by the third trimester increased pressure would be present.
