First Ranking and Secured Notes

ACTUAL INCOME AND ASSET DETAILS TO BE HELD

Note : First Ranking / Secured Noteholders received a cash payout of $0.50 in the dollar by 30 September 2007.  They were also given the option of receiving an additional $0.05 in the dollar, but only if they elected to roll-over their $0.50 in the dollar cash payout into a managed investment called the Becton Office Fund, instead of taking the cash payout.  A combination option of part cash payout and part roll-over to the Becton Office Fund was also made available to first ranking / secured noteholders.  Very few investors chose to take units in the Becton Office Fund.

Note : Unsecured Noteholders did not receive any return from the sale of Fincorp assets.  Any future return will be dependent on the outcome of litigation.

The date of effect of this determination is 23 March 2007, being the date all investments were frozen following the appointment of Administrators to the Fincorp Group of Companies.

This determination ceases to have effect in relation to a financial investment made with a company or entity in the Fincorp Group of Companies as specified in Table 1, from the date the financial investment either recommences operating to provide returns or investors regain access to the investment capital, whichever happens first.
