These debentures ceased paying in interest on 30 June 1974. Cambridge Credit Corporation Limited went into receivership and liquidation in September 1974. 100% of the original capital was returned in full by 2 September 1991 to all debenture holders. |

Each distribution of interest is assessed as income for 12 months |
Following a Court ruling, debenture holders will be repaid outstanding interest accrued on the original debentures. There have been 19 separate interest distributions to debenture holders since September 1988. The 19 — th and Final Distribution being 5.4 cents in the dollar paid out on 30 April 2010. This final distribution concludes the receivership of Cambridge Credit Corporation Limited. |
Each distribution of interest is assessed as ordinary income for 12 months from the date of the distribution under VEA S.46A |
Note 1 : Do not record the income distribution amounts as financial assets. All of the investment capital was fully returned to debenture holders by 2 September 1991.
Note 2 : Although there is no capital investment from 2 September 1991, all debenture holders retained a right to back interest distributions which must be assessed as income when they are received.
Note 2 : Each of the 19 income distributions, which have been made since September 1988, must be divided by 26 and assessed as fortnightly income for 12 months from the date of the distribution VEA s.46A.
