15166 the veteran has had a significant head injury at some time. 21294 — the veteran satisfies the occurrence provisions between the significant head injury and VEA service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis. or 21285 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the significant head injury and VEA service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis. 21286 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the significant head injury and operational service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis. or 21287 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the significant head injury and eligible service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis.
