8240 the veteran has been pregnant at some time. 21396 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the pregnancy and VEA service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis. 21397 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the pregnancy and operational service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis. or 21398 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the pregnancy and eligible service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis. Clinical onset and operational service [21397] 25088 — the veteran satisfies the pregnancy proximity factors specified for operational service and the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis. or
25089 the pregnancy that commenced during operational service, as a causal result of operational service, which was in progress or within the 90 days postpartum at the time of the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline. Clinical onset and eligible service [21398] 25090 — the veteran satisfies the pregnancy proximity factors specified for eligible service and the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis. or
25091 the pregnancy that commenced during eligible service, as a causal result of eligible service, which was in progress or within the 90 days postpartum at the time of the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.
