Clinical onset and operational service [22748]
as a causal result of operational service, the veteran was immobile for at least four consecutive hours within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. the veteran's immobility as a causal result of operational service, for at least four consecutive hours within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration, was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.or
the veteran was immobile for at least four consecutive hours within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration as a result of an illness or injury which is identifiable.22756 — the identified illness or injury which caused the veteran to be immobile for at least four consecutive hours is causally related to operational service.
