25099 there is some evidence that a fracture to the spinal column, pelvic bone, femur or tibia may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.
21309 the veteran has had a fracture to the spinal column, pelvic bone, femur or tibia at some time.
21311 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the fracture and VEA service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis.
21313 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the fracture and eligible service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis.
