Preliminary questions [11946]
there is some evidence that treatment with a drug causing mydriasis or miosis may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.11960 the condition under consideration is acute angle-closure glaucoma.
the veteran underwent treatment with a drug that can cause mydriasis or miosis within the 24 hours before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.11962 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with a drug causing mydriasis or miosis and VEA service for the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.
11965 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the treatment with a drug causing mydriasis or miosis and operational service for the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.

on operational service, the veteran underwent treatment with a drug that can cause mydriasis or miosis within the 24 hours before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. the treatment with a drug that can cause mydriasis or miosis, on operational service, within the 24 hours before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration, was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.or
