17541 the veteran has undergone anal surgery at some time.
17542 the veteran underwent anal surgery immediately before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. 17544 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the anal surgery and VEA service for the clinical onset of anal fissure. 17545 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the anal surgery and operational service for the clinical onset of anal fissure. or 17546 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the anal surgery and eligible service for the clinical onset of anal fissure.
