there is some evidence that an inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for contact dermatitis may be a factor in the worsening of the condition under consideration.12286 the clinical onset of contact dermatitis occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service.
the veteran's contact dermatitis permanently worsened. the veteran was unable to obtain appropriate clinical management for contact dermatitis at some time.12302 the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for contact dermatitis contributed to the clinical worsening of the veteran's contact dermatitis.
