Clinical onset and operational service [35942]
on operational service, the veteran experienced a category 1B stressor not more than four weeks before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. the category 1B stressor which the veteran experienced on operational service not more than four weeks before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration, was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.or
the veteran experienced a category 1B stressor not more than four weeks before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration as a consequence of an illness or injury which is identifiable.37889 — the identified illness or injury, as a consequence of which the veteran experienced a category 1B stressor not more than four weeks before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration, is causally related to operational service.
