Any funds bequeathed in trust to a Board for the benefit of eligible students under the Scheme, shall be deemed to have been bequeathed in trust to the Commission.
The Commission may, from time to time, determine that funds left in its trust for the benefit of eligible students shall be administered by a Board.
Any bequest accepted either prior to or after the commencement of this Scheme, shall be administered within the terms of the bequest as varied from time to time by the Commission.
