C09/1999 AMENDMENT OF DEPARTMENT INSTRUCTION C6/99 - MARCH 1999 QUARTERLY LETTERS MAILOUT

Purpose

The purpose of this departmental instruction is to amend Departmental Instruction C06/99 of 1 March 1999, on the mailout of the March 1999 Quarterly letters.

AL Events – 25 March 1999

The (Male Total Average Weekly Earnings) MTAWE figure was released on 4 March.  This figure has also increased the rates of Service Pension, War/Defence Widow/ers and Age Pension.  The advice letters will reflect these changes.

Action Required

The Departmental Instruction should be read in conjunction with c06/99 for all other information concerning the March Quarterly Advice Letter mailout.
