1994 Assets Test Exercise - Property Valuations Production Run
Introduction
The automatic run to produce property valuation review forms for the Australian Valuations Office (AVO) for the 1994 Assets Test Exercise is scheduled for 13 November 1993.
Processing
This years exercise will be the same as in previous years.
Automatic Cases
This run produces a schedule of automatic cases. Each Branch should keep their copy of the schedule and mark off cases as they are completed by AVO. This allows prompt action to be taken on any case where the valuation has not been returned by the agreed completion date.
Manual Cases
This run also produces a schedule of manual cases. Accurate records must be kept of all manual cases sent to AVO for property valuation. When manual cases are sorted please advise Helen de Gail, Income Support (S&C) of the number of First Requests and Reviews sent to AVO. These cases should be identified on the manual schedule and recorded in the AVO register as part of the Property Valuation Production Run
Completion Date
Both automatic and manuual requests must be with AVO by 31 November 1993. AVO is under contract to complete and return all valuations from this exercise to us by 31 May 1994.
