- WWC cards are valid for 3 years.
- Applications for WWC cards are made at authorised Australia Post outlets (see website for a list)
- A sample application form can be viewed on the website, along with instructions for filling out the form.
- The relevant legislation is the Working With Children (Criminal Record Checking) Act 2004.
