8378 the clinical onset of the veteran's Marfan syndrome occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service. the veteran's Marfan syndrome permanently worsened. the veteran was unable to obtain appropriate clinical management for Marfan syndrome at some time.
8390 the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for Marfan syndrome contributed to the clinical worsening of the veteran's Marfan syndrome. 8392 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for Marfan syndrome and VEA service for the clinical worsening of Marfan syndrome. 8393 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for Marfan syndrome and operational service for the clinical worsening of Marfan syndrome. or 8394 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for Marfan syndrome and eligible service for the clinical worsening of Marfan syndrome.
