there is some evidence that an exposure to mustard gas may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.3531 the veteran was exposed to mustard gas at some time.

the veteran was exposed to mustard gas at least five years before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. on operational service, the veteran was exposed to mustard gas at least five years before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. the exposure to mustard gas on operational service at least five years before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.Clinical onset and eligible service [12081]
