A person may request a review of a decision that has been made for compensation under the MVCS if they are dissatisfied with the decision.
The person must apply directly to the Veterans’ Review Board (VRB) and provide reasons about why they consider that the decision is incorrect, it is not sufficient for the client to only state that they think the decision is wrong.
The application must be made within 12 months of the decision.
If a person is dissatisfied with the outcome of the VRB, they may seek review by the Administrative Review Tribunal.
