8 Attendant Care

Attendant Care services policy under both the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 (MRCA) and the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Defence-related Claims) Act 1988 (DRCA) is now published in the CLIK Military Compensation ‘MRCA Info’ Library.

Though contained in the ‘MRCA Info’ Library, the policy information relates to Attendant Care services under both the MRCA and the DRCA.  Where the policy differs, the manual outlines the policy separately under each Act.
