If a person receives compensation under the MVCS to subsidise the purchase of a motor vehicle, the person is wholly responsible for: 

  • garaging; 

  • normal routine schedule maintenance; 

  • operation of the motor vehicle; and 

MUST 

  • register the motor vehicle; and 

  • comprehensively insure the motor vehicle to its full market value.
