Classification of service on Operation Herrick

Departmental instruction C18/2011 has been revoked pending advice from the Department of Defence. Staff will be notified when Defence has provided additional information regarding the classification of service on Operation Herrick and on exchange duties with allied forces in Afghanistan.

Until a new Departmental Instruction is provided, staff should refer all claims relating to service on Operation Herrick and other deployments with allied forces to the Liability and Service Eligibility section.
