C12/2001 AMENDMENT TO DEPARTMENTAL INSTRUCTION (DI) C06/2001 - 'JUNE 2001 STATUTORY INCREASE ADVICE LETTER, PAYMENT SUMMARY AND MEDICARE LEVY EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE MAILOUT'

Purpose of Instruction

The purpose of this departmental instruction is to amend Departmental Instruction C06/2001 issued on 21/06/2001 which provided information about processing arrangements for the June 2001 Statutory Increase letter, Payment Summary (formerly named Group Certificate), and Medicare Levy Exemption Certificate mailout.

Amendment

Department Instruction C06/2001 advised that all pensioners would receive a full Income and Asset Attachment as part of their June Statutory Increase advice letter.

Pensioners were not issued with a full Income and Asset Attachment as part of this advice mailout.
