Preliminary questions [10355]
10282 there is some evidence that a surgical procedure for which the instruments were not sterilised may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.
10283 the veteran has had a surgical procedure with unsterilised instruments at some time.
10400 the veteran had a surgical procedure more than 3 weeks before the clinical onset of hepatitis D, for which the instruments were not sterilised.
the surgical procedure more than 3 weeks before the clinical onset of hepatitis D, for which the instruments were not sterilised, was given for treatment of an illness or injury which is identifiable.10402 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the identified illness or injury which required the surgical procedure and VEA service for the clinical onset of hepatitis D.
10403 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the identified illness or injury which required the surgical procedure and operational service for the clinical onset of hepatitis D.
