10276 the veteran had an injection more than 2 weeks before the clinical onset of hepatitis C, for which the instruments were not sterilised.
10278 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the injection and VEA service for the clinical onset of hepatitis C.
10279 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the injection and operational service for the clinical onset of hepatitis C.

the injection more than 2 weeks before the clinical onset of hepatitis C, for which the instruments were not sterilised, was given on operational service. the injection more than 2 weeks before the clinical onset of hepatitis C, for which the instruments were not sterilised, was given on operational service, as a causal result of operational service. the receipt of the injection more than 2 weeks before the clinical onset of hepatitis C for which the instruments were not sterilised, on operational service, was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.or
