there is some evidence that experiencing a severe psychosocial stressor may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.31915 the condition under consideration is acute necrotising ulcerative gingivitis.

Clinical onset and operational service [31920]
on operational service, the veteran experienced a severe psychosocial stressor within the seven days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. the psychosocial stressor on operational service within the seven days before the clinical onset of gingivitis was due to the veteran's serious default, wilful act or serious breach of discipline.or
the veteran experienced a severe psychosocial stressor within the seven days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration as a result of an illness or injury which is identifiable.23723 — the identified illness or injury, which caused the severe psychosocial stressor, is causally related to operational service.
