31915 the condition under consideration is acute necrotising ulcerative gingivitis. the veteran has experienced a severe nutritional deficiency at some time. the veteran was suffering from a severe nutritional deficiency at the time of the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. 31931 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the severe nutritional deficiency and VEA service for gingivitis. 31932 — the veteran has established the causal connection between suffering from a severe nutritional deficiency and operational service for the clinical onset of gingivitis. or 31933 — the veteran has established the causal connection between suffering from a severe nutritional deficiency and eligible service for the clinical onset of gingivitis.
