7334 the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service. the condition under consideration permanently worsened. the veteran has been treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for at least the 30 days before the clinical worsening of cardiomyopathy. the veteran's treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for at least the 30 days before the clinical worsening of cardiomyopathy was materially contributed to by treatment of an illness or injury which is identifiable. 38074 — the veteran has established the causal connection between being treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and VEA service for the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration. 38075 — the veteran has established the causal connection between being treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and operational service for the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration. or 38076 — the veteran has established the causal connection between being treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and eligible service for the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration. Clinical worsening and operational service [38075] 38072 — the identified illness or injury, which materially contributed to the veteran's treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for at least the 30 days before the clinical worsening of cardiomyopathy, is causally related to operational service. Clinical worsening and eligible service [38076] 38073 — the identified illness or injury, which materially contributed to the veteran's treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for at least the 30 days before the clinical worsening of cardiomyopathy, is causally related to eligible service.
