Last reviewed for CCPS 18 July 2007.
Preliminary questions [38017]
38018 there is some evidence that treatment with immunosuppressive drugs following transplantation may be a factor in the development or worsening of the condition under consideration.
38347 the veteran has had a transplantation at some time.
38348 — the transplantation required the veteran to be treated with immunosuppressive drugs.
38349 — the transplantation requiring the veteran to be treated with immunosuppressive drugs was for treatment of an illness or injury which is identifiable.
38021 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with immunosuppressive drugs following transplantation and VEA service for cardiomyopathy.
38028 the veteran was treated with immunosuppressive drugs following a transplantation for the identified illness or injury within the 30 days before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. 38022 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with immunosuppressive drugs following transplantation and VEA service for the clinical onset of cardiomyopathy. 38024 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with immunosuppressive drugs following transplantation and operational service for the clinical onset of cardiomyopathy. or 38025 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with immunosuppressive drugs following transplantation and eligible service for the clinical onset of cardiomyopathy. or 38023 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with immunosuppressive drugs following transplantation and VEA service for the clinical worsening of cardiomyopathy. 38026 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with immunosuppressive drugs following transplantation and operational service for the clinical worsening of cardiomyopathy. or 38027 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with immunosuppressive drugs following transplantation and eligible service for the clinical worsening of cardiomyopathy. Clinical onset and operational service [38024] 38030 — the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran had a transplantation that was treated with immunosuppressive drugs, is causally related to operational service. Clinical onset and eligible service [38025] 38031 — the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran had a transplantation that was treated with immunosuppressive drugs, is causally related to eligible service. Clinical worsening and operational service [38026] 38030 — the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran had a transplantation that was treated with immunosuppressive drugs, is causally related to operational service. Clinical worsening and eligible service [38027] 38031 — the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran had a transplantation that was treated with immunosuppressive drugs, is causally related to eligible service.
