38095 the veteran was treated with non-topical non-inhaled corticosteroids, at doses equivalent to at least 7.5 milligrams per day of prednisolone, for at least three months at some time. the veteran was treated with non-topical non-inhaled corticosteroids, at doses equivalent to at least 7.5 milligrams per day of prednisolone, for at least three months for an illness or injury which is identifiable. 38099 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with non-topical non-inhaled corticosteroids and operational service for cardiomyopathy. 38100 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with non-topical non-inhaled corticosteroids and operational service for the clinical onset of cardiomyopathy. or 38101 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with non-topical non-inhaled corticosteroids and operational service for the clinical worsening of cardiomyopathy. Clinical onset and operational service [38100] 38102 — the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran was treated with non-topical non-inhaled corticosteroids, at doses equivalent to at least 7.5 milligrams per day of prednisolone, for at least three months, is causally related to operational service.
