A veteran participating in the Veterans' Vocational Rehabilitation Scheme (VVRS) may have a reduction in their rate of Disability Compensation Payment under both the VVRS provisions and the compensation offsetting provisions.
The rate of DCP is reduced first under the VVRS and then further reduced by the compensation offsetting amount in such cases.
