The Australian Women in War site lists Australian women and women's organisations who participated and assisted in the Boer War, World Wars and subsequent conflicts, with links to biographical, bibliographic and archival information about a small selection of these women.
The site is published by the National Foundation for Australian Women and was funded by the Department of Veterans' Affairs, through its commemorative program Saluting Their Service and the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Office of the Status of Women.
