32937 the veteran was being treated with a drug from Specified List 1 for treatment of an illness or injury which is identifiable. the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran was being treated with a drug from Specified List 1, is a condition for which the drug cannot be ceased or substituted. for the identified illness or injury, the veteran was being treated with a drug from Specified List 1, which could not be ceased or substituted, at the time of the clinical onset of the condition under consideration. 32938 — the veteran has established the causal connection between being treated with a drug from Specified List 1 and VEA service for the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy. 32939 — the veteran has established the causal connection between being treated with a drug from Specified List 1 and operational service for the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy. or 32940 — the veteran has established the causal connection between being treated with a drug from Specified List 1 and eligible service for the clinical onset of peripheral neuropathy.
