6.8 Example of a Summary of Income/Assets to be used in Assessing Off and On Rates
These summaries can be recorded in note form on the file, or can be placed on a calculation sheet, or in a table format on the file; so there is a clear and concise summary of the details to be used in the overpayment calculation. Different types of summaries are used by each State Office and the following tables are provided as a guide only. These tables assist in illustrating a clear comparison between income/assets items which have impacted on the client's pension assessment.
