Preliminary questions [9884]
the clinical onset of lipoma occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service. the veteran's lipoma permanently worsened. the veteran was unable to obtain appropriate clinical management for lipoma at some time.9888 the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for lipoma contributed to the clinical worsening of the veteran's lipoma.
