Preliminary questions [39058]
39095 there is some evidence that treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or receiving antiviral treatment with indinavir may be a factor in the development or worsening of the condition under consideration.
39096 the veteran has received treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir at some time.
39097 the veteran received treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir for treatment of an illness or injury which is identifiable.
39098 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir and VEA service for ingrowing nail.
for treatment of the identified illness or injury, the veteran received treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir at the time of the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.39099 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir and VEA service for the clinical onset of ingrowing nail.
39101 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir and operational service for the clinical onset of ingrowing nail.
or
39102 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir and eligible service for the clinical onset of ingrowing nail.
or
the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service. the condition under consideration permanently worsened. for treatment of the identified illness or injury, the veteran received treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir at the time of the clinical worsening of the condition under consideration.39100 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir and VEA service for the clinical worsening of ingrowing nail.
39103 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir and operational service for the clinical worsening of ingrowing nail.
or
39104 — the veteran has established the causal connection between treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir and eligible service for the clinical worsening of ingrowing nail.
Clinical onset and operational service [39101]
39106 — the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran received treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir, is causally related to operational service.
Clinical onset and eligible service [39102]
39107 — the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran received treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir, is causally related to eligible service.
Clinical worsening and operational service [39103]
39106 — the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran received treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir, is causally related to operational service.
the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred prior to that part of operational service to which the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran received treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir, is causally related.Clinical worsening and eligible service [39104]
39107 — the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran received treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir, is causally related to eligible service.
the clinical onset of the condition under consideration occurred prior to that part of eligible service to which the identified illness or injury, for which the veteran received treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor or antiviral treatment with indinavir, is causally related.
