Gout - Suffering from a disease in the specified list of diseases for gout Factor

The diseases specified as causal or aggravating factors for gout are:

  • Multiple myeloma
  • Myeloid metaplasia
  • Polycythaemia vera
  • Secondary polycythaemia

Active systemic leukaemia is also one of the specified diseases but this is dealt with by a separate contention on CCPS.
