The Initial Recovery Screens

As part of learning about recovery processes, a broad understanding is required of the functions used on PRACSYS.

The (RC) Recoveries menu includes the following functions for most Claims managers:

• Create Overpayment Recovery Account;

• Amend Overpayment Recovery Account;

• View Overpayment Recovery Account.

In addition, CSMs have the function 'Write-off/Waiver Recovery Account' on their menus.

Recovery accounts are recorded on PRACSYS for both incapacity and non-incapacity recoveries.
