If a member or former member dies without dependants, the only compensation payable is:
- funeral assistance (see 7.12.1);
- compensation claimed by the person's legal personal representative (see 7.15.1 and 7.15.2);
- reimbursement for transport costs of the deceased member (see 7.12.3);
- and reimbursement for treatment costs provided to the deceased member prior to death, where the death was service related (see 7.12.2).
