Individual Conditions

When a client or their representative if appointed requests to withdraw individual conditions from an initial liability claim during its investigation, the request can be made either verbally or in writing.

Claim withdrawals can be requested either verbally or in writing.

If the client or their representative if appointed requests to withdraw their claim, the claim is treated as if it was never made.
