">MINISTERIAL REPRESENTATIONS - DRAFT REPLIES
">1. Some DRO's have expressed concerns about the effectiveness of the current system for the preparation of replies to Ministerial representations.
2. The following procedures should now apply:
a). RDDFC Section will fax a copy of the Ministerial correspondence to the Regional Secretary with a copy to the OIC Compensation.
b). OIC Compensation should prepare a summary of the case together with an outline of the pertinent point for the Regional Secretary's consideration.
c). If acceptable, the Regional Secretary to sign.
d). OIC Compensation should fax the Regional Secretary's minute to ADCOMP.
e). File papers should be forwarded to ADCOMP.
