5.10.6 Claims for Participation in RASF

- how a person makes a claim to participate in RASF, and
- the impact of the date of transfer of the sugarcane farm property on reassessment of the person's rate of pension.
According to subsection 5PAA(1) of the VEA, a sugarcane farm is a farm that is used predominantly for the purposes of a sugarcane farm enterprise .
