Notice of injuries, etc. relating to the Compensation (Commonwealth Government Employees) Act 1971 was and is regulated by S5 — 3 of that Act. The provisions of the 1971 Act and of the SRCA are virtually identical. Delegates should follow procedures which are consistent with those for notices of injury under the 1988 Act.
