33.2 Calculating the 45 Week Period

Delegates should exercise great care in calculating the 45 week period, i.e. monitoring the client's usage of incapacity entitlement. Failure to 'step down' to the appropriate reduced payment, may result in overpayments which must subsequently be recovered, often causing much client distress.
