When searching for a recovery account for the employee, either payee or claim number fields are most commonly used.
Where payee fields are used, the 'Payee type' will be identified as 'E' (employee) and the 'Payee no' will be the first part of the claim number (which is a unique employee number).

FIELD |
DESCRIPTION |
|
Payee type |
This field should have an 'E' (employee) entered in it. |
|
Payee no |
This field defines which employee the account relates to. Use the F4 function key to select the correct employee number. The field must be completed where 'Payee type' has been entered. |
|
Claim no |
As an alternative to entering payee details (each field on the screen is an 'OR' which means that only one set of criteria may be entered), the claim number may be entered. |
|
Invoice/Line |
This field will probably not apply. |
|
Incap det no |
This field may be completed where the specific incapacity determination number is known. It can be obtained from the incapacity record on the Claims Management menu. |
|
Account no |
It is unlikely at this stage, the account number for this recovery is known. While PRACSYS has already created the account (for which an individual account number has been allocated), a user will probably not know what the number is. |
Entry of data will usually provide a list screen.
