The 'WORA.RC' function is used in all cases where it is decided that write off will be effected for an overpayment. This function must be completed before PRACSYS will record “write off” against the original recovery account.
'WORA' is separated from 'AORA' (the amend function) as it involves a very specific and conscious decision by the delegate to defer monies which would, in ordinary circumstances, be repaid by a debtor.
